Mental health assessment and diagnosis for multiple disorders such as: Mood disorder, Psychotic disorders, Anxiety/panic disorders, Grief/Trauma, Suicidal ideations, Eating disorders, Hyperactivity and Disruptive behavior in children.
Our treatment follows with psycotherapy or behavioral therapy with it without medication therapy.
We provide case management and support to promote independent living skills, medication management, personal hygiene; provide community outings, and assist in obtaining social services benefits, phones, clothing, foods, and help to monitor their appointments to see their providers.
Through patience, encouragement, and reassurance, our staff memebers is committed to giving our clients an opportunity to blossom into strong members of their community. Our clients are shown how to utilize their strengths while focusing on recovery and broadening their sense of well being. We believe true rehabilitation for our clients comes from understanding the five domains of psychiatric rehabilitation (living, learning, socializing, self-maintenance, and working). We meet our clients to help them out of their barriers to wellness and to empower them to overcome any hurdles impeding them from achieving their goals. We assist with collaboration between their physicians, pharmacies, and any other healthcare professionals; and show clients how to advocate for themselves.
